Homemaker (non-medical) Services*

  • Light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, tidying, etc.)
  • Make bed – change bed linens.
  • Personal laundry, linens and towels.
  • Pet care.
  • Plant care.
  • Organizing, sorting, packing/unpacking.
  • Meal planning, preparation and service.
  • Wash dishes.
  • Shopping (groceries, etc.).
  • Running errands (pick-ups & deliveries).
  • Transportation arrangements.
  • Accompanying on appointments (doctors, etc.).
  • Special requests.
  • Appointments scheduling and follow-up.

  • Clients must be: independent in bath- or restrooms; ambulate independently with or without a mobility device; transfer independently in & out of a wheelchair,Ā vehicle, chair, couch, recliner, bed,Ā  toilet, bidet, tub, et cetera.Ā 
  • Our companion professionalsĀ are background checked and screened.
  • Our companions are not responsible for: personal hygiene, bathing, assisting clients in the bathroom or any of the activities of daily living (“ADL”)Ā such as: mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence, eating.
  • Our companions are not required to beĀ trained in: transfers; ambulation; memory or cognitive impairment;Ā or assisting in activities of daily living.
  • Our companions are not: physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nursing assistants, health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers.
  • Our companions are not: accounting, financial, real estate, medical or legal professionals.

Transitioning (non-medical) Services

  • Complete clutter “clear-out” & “clean-out.”
  • House, attic & garage decluttering.
  • Sort, categorize & organize possessions (to keep, donate, sell or discard).
  • Paper, trash and junk sorting.
  • Disposing, donating or redistribution of unwanted items (tax deduction receipts provided).
  • Professional interior design services available.
  • Transitioning, downsizing & moving assistance.
  • Packing, shipping, moving & storage management.
  • Documenting & itemized inventory of valuables.
  • Coordination with assisted living & skilled nursing facilities.
  • Post transition home organizing.
  • Estate, garage & moving sales – organizing & conducting.
  • Special requests.
  • Estate & house sale preparation.
